The Smiley Meal proposes a balanced and effective way of eating,
incorporating the elements one needs to support a healthy organism.
Start with a kombucha shot or apple cider vinegar & fresh fruit,
a fresh salad and eat the cooked food last.
A useful structure around nutrition will help plan your meals and balance nutritional values and macronutrients.

We talk for up to 1.5 hours and discuss your health across all your body systems. Are you tired, do you get headaches or other ailments? How is your digestion? We then focus on your lifestyle and unique circumstances and together we decide on a plan of action. Food changes and unwinding come first. Physical activity and personal development follow.
